WTF

If you can't read the title it says "if Brown can't stop it a Browning can..."

This is the type of violence that the Republicans and their anti-American supporters have been striving for ever since the Obama Administration took office with the pledge to clean up the GOP's mess.

In attendance and apparently proud to be part of a group of anti-American traitors engaged in seditious behavior were Republican Reps. Steve King (IA), Michele Bachmann (MN), and Mike Pence (IN), and the insanity was in part organized by Dick Armey's Freedomworks and Art Pope's Americans for Prosperity. Americans for Prosperity "advocates pro-tobacco industry positions on issues like cigarette taxes and clean indoor air laws" [SourceWatch].

  1. I've seen this pic a million times in the past couple of days, but I didn't notice the part ABOVE the gun threat: "I didn't vote for the socialist." Hahaha...no kidding...and you lost!

These people told America that a vote for Obama is a vote for socialism...and America voted for Obama. Throughout the healthcare "debate," the mainstream media has put rightwing pundits on television, letting them spew the same talking points they did during the election, AS IF the election never happened and they didn't get their butts kicked. I saw Karl Rove debating David Plouffe yesterday, and Rove was allowed to sit there and puke outright lies, interruption Plouffe and talking over him, probably getting 4x the airtime the Plouffe got. I just wanted to scream: why do these guys even get a seat at the friggin' table? Didn't we try it their way for almost a decade and barely survived? Didn't the American people speak in 2008 and give the Democrats the biggest mandate in modern times? The media just loves to put a microphone in front of these guys as if none of that ever happened.

  2. I know. We no longer have journalism in this country everything has devolved into the Jerry Springer show. We want the drama. Rove was on Fresh Air and as much as I was interested in how he justifies his actions I think it's deplorable that he even be allowed to time on the air...
